Credit Block Bookings: All block bookings are non-refundable, but credit will be issued if you notify us before the commencement of the new block, that you need to cancel (additional payments applicable where there is a difference in price). Refunds Refunds will only be issued in the unlikely event of cancellation of a class or other services by Christina Liddell Dance. Christina Liddell Dance reserves the right to replace the advertised teacher for any class at any point before the start of the class; this will not be considered grounds for any credit or refunds to be issued. If you are unable to attend a class you have booked into for any reason, a refund will not be issued. This includes if you become ill or are required to self-isolate due to Covid protocols. Cancellation If Christina Liddell Dance is required to cancel class(es) we will inform everyone booked onto the class(es) as soon as possible. In the case where Christina Liddell Dance has had to cancel class(es) for reasons related to Covid restrictions (e.g. due to government-mandated restrictions on public life, or because we are not able to operate due to staff/teachers needing to self-isolate) customers will be issued refunds/part-refunds for the cancelled classes only. Please note, all refunds on courses will be processed at the end of the block booking. Christina Liddell Dance will not be liable in any way if a class or booking is abandoned after more than half of it has taken place due to any factors which are beyond our reasonable control; (i) Acts of God, which include earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost; (ii) Force Majeure which includes war, accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes and civil commotions; (iii) Power failure and failure of internet connection, sound, video or lighting equipment.
